Keep in mind that the ICC is a member operated organization. You are submitting a "request for assistance" rather than a work order. The staff's job is to teach you how to fix something (or to direct you to the appropriate contractor), rather than to fix things for you.
Members must be provided with 24 HOURS NOTICE before entrance to their private rooms is permitted. Notification is the responsibility of the member that submits the RFA.
If
you do not receive a copy of your RFA by e-mail then
it has not been processed correctly. Check your
info and resubmit.
Currently, all RFA's are sent to Geoff Mayers,
Director of Annual Maintenance.
- Geoff’s normal work schedule is Monday-Friday (9am-5pm).
- Keep in mind that there is only one staff member to respond for all 20 houses and that there are numerous maintenance tasks in addition to RFA's. Please be patient.
