At the first meeting of each semester each house that wishes will be provided with a tool box with no direct charge to the house.

The ICC Office has copies of each house exterior and bedroom key locked safely in the Tool Crib.  Your Maintenance Manager and your House President are the only members that are authorized to copy keys.  There is a key cutting machine in the Tool Crib as well.  Come to the office to have keys copied.   It is half the cost one would pay to have them professionally made.  Your friendly Front Desk Membership Assistants are trained to make copies for you as well.

The ICC Supply Shelves are located In the basement of the ICC office. Any house may come sign out supplies to be charged back to the house at cost.

These tools are available for house maintenance use.  Tools can be checked out from the Director of Annual Maintenance.  Make sure to arrange tool pick ups during normal work hours and plan in advance.

Power Tools & Specialty Tools List

The truck is available to ICC members with a current contract and truck pass for moving things around or hauling junk to the materials drop-off station.  Truck passes are obtained through the ICC front desk.  Reservations are made through the front desk at the ICC Office.
