Structure

 

Officer: Maintenance Representative
Staff Representative: Director of Annual Maintenance
Members: All Maintenance Managers from all house.

 

 

Purposes

 

  1. Train and educate Maintenance Managers on the skills necessary to maintain a house and in general ICC maintenance issues.
  2. Ensure that all houses are well maintained, with an emphasis on preventative maintenance, and that all maintenance problems are being handled properly.
  3. Make connections between maintenance managers and encourage learning from each other.
  4. Propose house-specific projects. The funding for these projects must be approved by the Sustainability Committee.

 

 

Important Info:

 

Meetings are roughly every other Tuesday at 7:00pm.  Proposals must be submitted to the Maintenance VP by the end of the Thursday preceding the meeting in order to be added to the agenda.

 

All houses must send a representative to the maintenance meeting or they will be fined (minimum $15/hr). If your house is unable to find a representative, you must notify the Maintenance VP prior to the meeting.
