Resources and Services for ICC Members

The Office: The ICC office is the center of information for all members, including the Board of Directors and the staff. We have seven full time staff people and a varying amount of part-time employees who are always happy to talk to you and answer questions about any aspect of the ICC. If you have contract questions, need a truck key, ED center sign-up, or any maintenance needs or questions the office is the place to be. The office is on the first floor of the Rochdale cooperative Center at 337 E. William (about three blocks from State St.). Front desk hours are Monday to Thursday 12-5 and Friday 12-4. Keep an eye out for holiday and other closings. The number is 734.662.4414

The Truck: The ICC has a handsome looking half-ton pickup truck for members to use for any various house or personal activities/ All you have to do to use the truck is come down to the Front Desk at the ICC Office to get a truck pass. You'll need a valid driver's license to get a truck pass. Then you can check it out for a 4-hour time block at a minimal cost which will be billed directly to your account.

The Tool Crib: The ICC Tool Crib exists to meet your every need for manual and power tools. You can utilize the Tool Crib for maintenance, repair, and improvements in an around your house Come to the ICC front desk to get the keys to the cabinets in the basement, get what you need, and bring it to the desk to check it out.

Ed(ucation Center): Located in the old carriage house behind Luther House on Hill St., the Ed Center is where the ICC holds board meetings. The Ed Center can be checked out by members to watch movies, hold class meetings, sleep-overs, etc. Contact the Education Committee for reservations and approvals at icc.education@umich.edu.

Maintenance Staff: Use the Request for Assistance (RFA) on the ICC website at www.icc.coop to get help with a project. To call the Maintenance Staff during office hours, call 734-662-4414 x106. If there is a fire or someone is in danger, call 911. If there is a water leak that won't stop, a flood, broken heater, or raw sewage problems call the ICC emergency number listed on the voicemail at 734-662-4414 (listen to the directory listings).

Scholarships: The ICC has scholarships available during fall terms for students enrolled at least 3/4 time (9 credits). Applications are released in the early fall. More info will be posted in your house around this time and will also be on the ICC website.
