- Make an appointment for signing a contract by calling 734.662.4414 x100
- Bring the following items to your contract signing appointment:
- Proof student status
- A government-issued photo ID
- Your checking information for electronic payment. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, OR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. If you do not have a checking account bring cash to the ICC office and we will send you next door to the University of Michigan Credit Union with a cashier’s check request form (cost: $4.00).
- If you are not considered a student according to ICC policy, you will need house approval prior to signing a contract.
- If you are not in the Ypsilanti/Ann Arbor area, you can request us to email you a contract to you, which must be returned to us by mail or scan, with proof of student status, and a photo id within ten business days. Payment instructions will be sent when your contract has arrived in the ICC office.
