Thank you for your interest in the ICC Student Co-operative Houses. These are the steps necessary to reserve a space in the ICC.

If you are a returning member and would like to reserve a space for the upcoming contract period, please proceed to step 3.

1. Learn About The ICC
Get more information about our co-ops. Before applying, you'll want to check out our eligibility requirements, contract periods and upfront costs, and our monthly rates, and our frequently-asked questions.
2. Pick Your House
Visit our Houses Page. The ICC is made up of 19 houses with unique personalities and rich history. Our houses are concentrated in 3 main areas around campus: North State Street, South University, and North Campus. Use the information on our website to help you choose which house would be the best fit for you. . Each house is different as the members set their own budgets at the beginning of each term. You should contact the house officers directly to set up a house tour or ask house specific questions. We recommend that you visit the house prior to signing a contract. Want to see which houses have open spaces?

Amenities Chart that compares the amenities each house has to offer.
3. Submit An Application
Submit an online application to place a hold or waitlist. If you have already submitted an application and know what house you want to become a member of, place a hold by logging in here. If you don’t know what house you want to sign for, take a look at the current availability list.
4. Sign A Contract
If you do want to sign, you need to make a contract signing appointment. Click here for a list of items to bring to your contract signing. If you are not able to come to our office, you can request that we email a contract to you, which must be returned to us by mail with payment, proof of student status, and a photo ID within ten business days.

Please let us know if you have any further questions by calling (734) 662-4414 x100 or emailing us at info@icc.coop. We look forward to seeing your application.
