Luther Buchele Cooperative House
Luther House is actually made up of two historic houses that have had a colorful history even before they became ICC co-ops. Our large size gives us lots of common area space. We have a great location right across from "the rock." The ICC Education center (with a new DVD and projection system) is right in our back yard, along with a large community garden. Luther is famous for its annual Luther Halloween Party, Lutherfest (during the summer) and its semi-annual Wine and Cheese Parties. We are looking for mature, clean, and responsible new members to help keep Luther house on track.

Rooms: 11 Singles, 15 Doubles, 2 Triples
Dinner Served: Sunday - Thursday at 6:00 p.m., with vegetarian option
Smoking allowed: No smoking, except on porches.
Amenities: Wireless internet in both houses, pool table, ping pong, fusball, nice porches with a great view, big garden, TV with cable, VCR/DVD, basketball hoop, 22 parking spaces, etc.
